Privacy Policy
Overview
Seven1Nine is a B2B performance marketing agency. The personal information we collect through this website is primarily used to evaluate and respond to service inquiries and to communicate with prospective and current clients. We do not operate a consumer data marketplace and do not sell your personal information to third-party advertisers in exchange for compensation. We may, however, share information with vendors and platforms we use to deliver our services, as described in Section 5.
This policy does not apply to personal information you provide directly to third-party advertising platforms, technology vendors, or other services that we may recommend or use as part of a client engagement. Those parties' own privacy policies govern their data practices.
Data We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide
| Category | Examples | Source |

| Marketing Preferences | Opt-in / opt-out status, preferred channels | Form submissions, opt-out requests |
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our website, our servers and analytics tools automatically collect technical data, including:
- IP address — used for geolocation (country/region level), security logging, and fraud prevention;
- Browser and device data — browser type, OS, device category (mobile, desktop, tablet);
- Session data — pages visited, session duration, referring URL, and navigation path;
- Analytics identifiers — cookies and identifiers assigned by analytics platforms for aggregate traffic analysis;
- Form interaction data — which fields were interacted with (used to improve form UX; sensitive field values are not stored in interaction logs).
2.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from advertising platforms (such as Google and Meta) indicating that you visited our site via a paid ad. This information is used for campaign attribution and remarketing audience management. We do not receive your raw identity from advertising platforms; we receive pseudonymized signals such as click identifiers.
Consent & Communication Logs
When you submit a form that includes consent to receive communications, we record and retain a consent log. This log may include:
- Timestamp (UTC) of form submission;
- Page URL and form identifier where consent was captured;
- IP address of the submitting device;
- Browser and OS (user agent) at submission time;
- Version identifier of the consent disclosure language displayed at the time;
- A tokenized or hashed reference to the contact information for which consent was granted (not the raw phone number or email in the log).
Consent records are retained for a minimum of four (4) years or as required by applicable law, and may be used as evidence of consent in regulatory proceedings or dispute resolution. We do not share consent log data with third parties except as required by law or legal process.

5.1 Technology Vendors & Service Providers
We share data with third-party vendors who process it on our behalf, including: hosting and cloud infrastructure providers, email delivery platforms, CRM and contact management tools, analytics services (e.g., Google Analytics), and SMS messaging platforms. These vendors are contractually prohibited from using your data for purposes other than those we direct.
5.2 Advertising Platforms

We do not transmit your raw contact details to advertising networks for their independent marketing use.
5.3 Professional Advisors
We may share information with our attorneys, accountants, and other professional advisors on a need-to-know basis and subject to confidentiality obligations.
5.4 Legal Requirements
We may disclose your information to comply with a valid subpoena, court order, or government request; to enforce these Terms or a Service Agreement; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Seven1Nine, our clients, or the public.
5.5 Business Transfers
If Seven1Nine is involved in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal information may be transferred to the successor entity. We will provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to opt out before your information becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy.
SMS & Phone Privacy
6.1 Use of Your Phone Number
Your phone number, if provided, may be used to: respond to your inquiry via call or text; follow up on a consultation request; send marketing SMS messages about our services where you have consented. We do not share your phone number with unaffiliated third parties for their independent marketing programs.
6.2 SMS Opt-In Is Not Transferred
Your consent to receive SMS messages from Seven1Nine applies only to our messaging program. It is not sold, rented, or transferred to other companies for their own outreach purposes.
